Hi,
I have been humbled by two children and a dog. So when I am a consumer, I don't care for the "I'm the best thing since slice bread" self promotions. I look for someone I can trust to get the job done. Friends might refer their "people" but I always check out a couple of others based on their profile.
It is from the understanding that you probably don't know me yet since you are reading "about me". I am not going to tell you that I am the greatest REALTOR, that I have done a gazillon sales, that I this and I that and you have to, have to, have to hire me. No, this is not about me. It is about you and the information you need.
I am Sylvia Sam. Lived in Vancouver all my life, REALTOR, wife of a Commercial REALTOR(former Accountant/Economist), mother of a Classical Pianist/Professor of Music and mother of an Economist working at Oppenheimer Group, International Marketers of Fresh Produce. Oh yes, and a year old Vizsla rules the house.

1995- 1997 - UBC Sales and Marketing Executives Program
1993 - 1997 - Lincoln Toastmasters
1993 - BCIT, Venture Program, (winner of best business plan)

years ago so you won't know my age - UBC, Political Science and some market classes at BCIT
I have volunteered in musical socieities, martial arts tournaments, and other activities my children were interested in.
Hope this gives a you snapshot about me. If you need to know me more, check out the Blog on this website.
If you need real estate help and you think I can to help, call and let's talk.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
Sylvia Sam
ps I speak English, get-by Cantonese and could squeeze out a smattering of Mandarin (learned from my old UBC days with Dr. Jan Walls and Mrs. Sun)
